Just for your information and I have the court record to prove it. The city deposited $490k with the court in January 2024. The court awarded the city the property after the hearing in May. The Races were offered $490k and then $539k both turned down caused they wanted $1.5m. Their mortgage was paid in Aug just over $220k and she received just under $180k personally. There is still $90k with the courts. She is lying to all and refuses to state she was paid.

There is plenty more and the mayor has no interest in the campground which is owned by Appalachian Springs LLC. He divested himself in Oct 2023 before the route was voted on and he abstained from the vote when it was taken. One item I left out above is they through their attorney and the mortgage company attorney all agreed at the hearing to give the property to the city. They are waiting for the trial to determine the actual amount which will be the fair market value as the states. To date they have received $400k for a property they bought sight unseen for $306k.
