Tiny Hands, Massive Cover-Up: Gabriel Garner & Main Street University 4KIDZ
Four words will haunt the parents of Brownsburg, Indiana for years to come: "We handled it ourselves." Those words, spoken by daycare administrators who chose their reputation over children's safety, allowed Gabriel Garner to continue working with kids despite multiple red flags and disturbing allegations.
The horror began unfolding when a concerned teacher finally contacted authorities in April 2025, revealing that several incidents involving Garner had been swept under the rug by Main Street University for Kids owner Nancy Minton and director Jennifer Lingbeck. What emerged was a pattern of systematic abuse spanning years - children being inappropriately touched, a perpetrator who asked young girls for kisses, and text messages about three-year-olds with "foot fetishes."
Most disturbing wasn't just what Garner did, but how the daycare responded when parents raised concerns. When a mother reported her five-year-old daughter had been forced to touch Garner's genitals, administrators allegedly showed selective surveillance footage and convinced the family nothing had happened. They conducted their own "investigations" rather than contacting police or DCS as legally required. One parent described feeling "gaslit" into doubting her own child's disclosure.
The consequences of this institutional failure became devastatingly clear when police examined Garner's phone - approximately 125,000 pornographic images, many involving children from the daycare. The horror of what had been allowed to continue through negligence and willful blindness left the community reeling. Now Garner faces 43 felony charges including child molesting, child exploitation, and possession of child pornography, while serious questions remain about why those tasked with protecting children failed so completely.
This case forces us all to examine how well we're protecting society's most vulnerable members. What systems failed these children? How many warning signs were ignored? And what must change to prevent another Gabriel Garner from exploiting positions of trust? Whether you're a parent, educator, or concerned citizen, this story demands we do better. Follow our ongoing coverage of this developing case as we seek answers and accountability for those who couldn't protect themselves.

How are you doing today, girl?
Speaker 2:Amazing, as always.
Speaker 1:This is where we dive into these cases, man that shake our communities. Today, julie and I are tackling a disturbing story out of Brownsburg, indiana. This is the case of Gabriel Garner and the Main Street University for Kids KIDZ. We're starting with the probable cause affidavit Cause number 32D04-2505, mc 000692, filed on May 7th 2025 in Hendricks County, superior Code number 4. This document from the state of Indiana versus Gabriel E Garner is chilling. We're about to get into it and read it verbatim, narrating the details as laid out by the Brownsburg Police Department. Let's get busy.
Speaker 2:The affidavit begins with a statement from a detective sergeant with the Brownsburg Police Department who swears under oath that the facts come from personal observations, training, experience and information from other law enforcement and witnesses. The document's purpose is to establish probable cause for a warrant or charges, not to detail everything the detective knows.
Speaker 1:Now, according to the affidavit, on April 2nd 2025, a teacher at Main Street University for Kids called the DCS Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline to report three incidents involving an employee named Gabriel Garner, an Asian male born in 2003. The report stated that Garner inappropriately touched a five-year-old girl in his care at the daycare.
Speaker 2:Now, the affidavit also notes a report that Garner asked another five-year-old girl to kiss him and sent an inappropriate text to a teacher about her three-year-old daughter, suggesting the child had a foot fetish. These three complaints were brought to the attention of the Main Street staff, the owner, including Nancy Minton, and the manager, Jennifer Lingbeck.
Speaker 1:Now the affidavit details that Garner allegedly asked a five-year-old girl to kiss him before a nap in April of 2024, but no report was made to the Indiana Department of Child Servant's hotline at that time.
Speaker 2:The investigation revealed that in November 2024, a five-year-old girl, referred to as VM, told her parents that Garner, known to the kids as Mr Gabe, asked her to touch his wee-wee. A teacher later learned that when the owner, nancy Minton, and director Jennifer Lingbeck were informed of this incident, they did not confront Garner about the allegations.
Speaker 1:This affidavit also points out that, once again, no report was made to law enforcement or the DCS hotline. Then, on February 20th 2025, gardner texted a teacher from his phone, commenting that a three-year-old daughter was touching his sock and asking if she had a foot fetish. Now, what three-year-old has a freaking foot fetish? That's a fucking red flag right there. Come on, man.
Speaker 1:No shit A three-year-old with a foot fetish. Maybe he had some flowers on his socks or something. She was like ooh, let me touch your flowers. It's a fucking three-year-old, yeah well, this shit gets sicker folks.
Speaker 2:The affidavit emphasizes that the Main Street staff did not report this to DCS either. The teacher made the call herself after realizing these incidents were never reported. While the text alone might seem minor, the affidavit stresses that it's highly relevant given the other allegations against Garner at Main Street University for Kids other allegations against Garner at Main Street University for Kids.
Speaker 1:Now, on April 29, 2025, the affidavit states that a child advocacy center interview was conducted with the child at Susie's place in Avon. There's Susie's place again. I love Susie's place, man. We got to give them props always. They disclosed that Garner told her to touch his private parts, pointing to them, and said she didn't feel safe.
Speaker 2:VM described the incident happening in her classroom around fall or winter of 2024, when she was five. Garner was her teacher and she noted other children were present when she was made to touch his privates.
Speaker 1:The affidavit recounts that the detective interviewed VM's parents at Susie's place on April 29th 2025. They explained that JB was VM's primary teacher but Garner, as an assistant, was in her classroom about 80% of the time.
Speaker 2:Now VM's mother shared that on election day of 2024, while they were in line to vote at the polls, vm told both parents that Mr Gabe had her touch his privates.
Speaker 1:The affidavit describes how VM's mother took her to the bathroom to clarify what she meant. Vm explained she touched Mr Gabe on top of his pants in his private area, then grabbed her mother's hand and moved it to her crotch to demonstrate.
Speaker 2:This happened the day before, on November 4th 2024, near the sensory table in a classroom blind spot. According to VM, the affidavit notes the parents planned to go to the police but decided to inform the school first.
Speaker 1:VM's mother, KM, told the detective that VM described Mr Gabe putting her hand inside his shorts, onto his penis, making a back-and-forth motion, mimicking masturbation. The parents immediately went to Main Street University for kids and told Nancy and Jennifer Lingbeck I mean, first of all, that shakes me to my core. This little girl is going up to her parents and saying this dude is showing me how to stroke his private parts back and forth like masturbation. I mean, I'm confused. I mean to me, if my little girl, my little three, four-year-old girl, come and told me that this little motherfucker at the daycare center was trying to show her how to stroke his shit back and forth, like that man, I would probably I don't know man, I don't want to say it.
Speaker 1:You'd see red definitely See red Motherfucker man. That shit is pissing me off.
Speaker 2:Now this gets even crazier because the affidavit reveals that the staff admitted to KM that they had other complaints about Mr Gabe, but later claimed that one child had recanted. Now Nancy and Jennifer allegedly talked KM and her husband out of contacting the police or DCS.
Speaker 1:So this little girl went to her parents, said that this dude showed me how to rub his penis back and forth like masturbation, and they talked the parents out of going to the fucking police. Ok, well, according to the affidavit, mitten and Lingbeck showed KM surveillance videos, insisting a moment where VM and Garner were dancing and her hand landed on his parts, where what she meant. They claim no other interactions occurred and said they conducted their own investigation.
Speaker 2:Yeah, they said in that video that the little girl's hand had just hit his pants.
Speaker 1:Well, how did it accidentally hit his pants? And then he showed her how to go up and down with it. That's fucked up, man.
Speaker 2:and then he showed her how to go up and down with it. That's fucked up, man. Now KM told the detective she pointed out a blind spot on the classroom camera where VM said the incident happened and expressed discomfort she felt the school gaslit her into believing nothing occurred, convincing her not to call the police. That's exactly what they did.
Speaker 1:Exactly the affidavit describes KM explaining to Minton would show her video clips and say things like see how that's not possible. Or point out Garner was alone for only five minutes before another teacher entered, implying no time for misconduct. Five minutes is plenty of fucking time for misconduct.
Speaker 2:The affidavit underscores that Main Street staff never reported the allegations to DCS or law enforcement. When the victim's mother later spoke with DCS, who checked on VM, she mentioned VM's recent sleep issues, wearing pull-ups and therapy visits, noting that VM woke up every night for 12 weeks during the time she described Garner's actions.
Speaker 1:KM told the detectives that after DCS contacted them on April 2, 2025, Minton requested a meeting that Friday. Minton repeatedly listed reasons why Garner couldn't have harmed VM at the school.
Speaker 2:The affidavit notes KM's frustrations when Minton claimed we didn't call the police because you didn't want us to. Km told the detective she didn't trust Minton and felt Minton shifted the responsibility of reporting to her. Wow.
Speaker 1:The detective emphasized at KM that Main Street University for kids with a Z had legal and moral duty, as mandatory reporters, to contact DCS or police and failing to do so is a criminal act under Indiana law. Abso-fucking-lutely it is.
Speaker 2:On April 30th 2025, the affidavit states the detective met with a teacher who worked at the Main Street since 2022 and knew Mr Gabe. She had heard complaints about Garner and questioned why no action was taken about.
Speaker 1:Garner and questioned why no action was taken. Jb told the detectives that she had discussed mandatory reporting with Jennifer Lingbeck at least twice, citing DCS and Indiana licensing requirements. She once reported a four-year-old's concerning statement about blood in his stool, but the staff deemed it unnecessary to contact DCS. Jb reported it anyway, though it was substantiated.
Speaker 2:Sorry, that's a long word y'all.
Speaker 1:I did want to say one thing. I know I'm breaking up the story here. We've been having some comments on Facebook like that we may be reporting some rumors and shit. I want to tell you guys something that listened to us we report nothing but facts. We research everything that we say and we're doing nothing but reporting shit and keeping people informed to keep these children safe in here. Man, I've been kind of holding my tongue. Man, I really have the real chop's about to come out because I'm getting really tired of reading these stories and people protecting and not reporting shit. I'm about ready to start discovering where these schools are getting funding and not reporting shit. There's some fucked up shit and 69 South is about ready to catch y'all's ass in some shit. You could count on that. But let's get back to the story.
Speaker 2:Now the affidavit details JB providing recordings of two conversations with Jennifer Lingbeck where she explained they conducted an in-house investigation and only report to DCS if there's a child acting out or video proof. Jb also shared notes with dates and questions she asked during these talks. She also shared notes with dates and questions she asked during these talks.
Speaker 1:Now JB referenced a Brownsburg-Brown Elementary case about non-reporting and the affidavit notes Lingbeck and Minton justified their in-house investigations. Jb had a similar unrecorded conversation with Minton, who echoed Lingbeck's stance.
Speaker 2:The affidavit moves to May 2, 2025, when the detective met Gabriel Garner. The detective thanked Garner for coming in, noting he was free to leave at any time. Garner said he started at Main Street in 2021 via a Brownsburg high school internship.
Speaker 1:Garner told the detective he worked there until recently, now driving for Amazon At the daycare. He was a teacher or assistant for four and five-year-old preschool kindergartners.
Speaker 2:When asked about training, garner described a chaotic start, with the director quitting and Nancy Minton stepping in the affidavit notes. He said nobody was properly trained, with only sporadic guidance and online certification courses.
Speaker 1:Garner explained to the detective that he'd print certificates from online courses and hand them to staff with no progress checks. When asked about mandatory reporting training for abuse, he admitted it was self-guided and disorganized.
Speaker 2:The affidavit states Garner mentioned a child wearing the same clothes, suggesting neglect, but felt parents should have handled it. He agreed with the detective that he was the kid's first line of defense but he didn't feel responsible for stepping in.
Speaker 1:Don't you think that's a little bit different? I mean, maybe parents are real fucking busy, maybe they have four or five kids, maybe the kids come in wearing the same damn britches. So fucking what you need to report? A dude that's showing a little girl how to go up and down with his hand near his britches. I'm just saying, man, that's a different story. Do you feel what I'm saying?
Speaker 2:Exactly.
Speaker 1:I'll tell you what. 69 South is getting really tired of the bullshit that is not being reported. We are only here to protect kids. If you don't want your name blasted on 69 South, don't fuck around with little kids. That's the bottom line. Get back to the story Now. Garner told the detectives that he left the daycare because his reducing his daycare hours.
Speaker 2:He said Nancy Minton and Jennifer Lingbeck ran the place and Minton treated him well over his four years there the detective informed Garner they were discussing a DCS report, possibly something Main Street had already addressed with him. Garner said Minton and Lingbeck recently called warning him police might contact him about a past incident they claimed was resolved with parents. So they called to warn him.
Speaker 1:Yeah, they called to warn him. I feel like funding is more important than these little babies is safety, don't you? I mean, there's something there.
Speaker 2:We're going to dig into this. It's a daycare, more like a preschool. I know man.
Speaker 1:We are going to dig into this shit in these schools. Man, something funky is going on and we're right there. We're right there, people, so you better be watching your ass. I'm telling you. The affidavit notes that Garner said the daycare reviewed camera footage, found nothing and the parents accepted it. When asked if this was the touching incident, garner confirmed it was appearing nervous cotton mouth and laughing. Ha Fucking dry mouth and laughing.
Speaker 2:Garner identified the child as VM who disclosed. He placed her hand on his penis. He said the daycare called him a month before aligning with the April 2, 2025 DCS report.
Speaker 1:When asked about the kissing allegation with another girl, Garner denied it, saying it was another resolved incident involving a girl named JL, age 5. The affidavit notes that he claimed the daycare showed parents. No evidence existed.
Speaker 2:The detective asked when the touching incident occurred, and Garner estimated four or five months prior, around November or December of 2024, matching VM's November 4th allegation. He said it was the day he returned to work.
Speaker 1:When asked if any kids touched him, garner hesitated saying Well, not that I can remember. The detective mentioned camera footage showing something with VM asking why he did it. Garner cited a rough upbringing, with arguing parents.
Speaker 2:Oh shit, let's just blame it on our parents.
Speaker 1:Oh my parents fucked with me so I didn't want to report that this little girl was. I made this little girl touch me in my private parts.
Speaker 2:Now the affidavit describes Garner saying vm was on his lap and her hand just went there on top of his clothes. He admitted, knowing it was wrong, but denied touching vm's vagina, breast or butt, claiming her hand only touched his penis over his clothes. So he's sitting there admitting it. What happened happened to the daycare director oh, miss Nancy and Miss Jennifer and their gaslighting video of oh, that's where she accidentally touched him.
Speaker 1:Garner denied being erect, smiling and laughing. See that shit right there. Oh my God, makes me want to smash this motherfucker. I'm sorry. Even when asked if he wore shorts, which VM said he did, he claimed it happened once, shrugging when asked why he chose VM citing a bad day and stress.
Speaker 2:The detective asked if Garner put VM's hand on his penis and moved it side to side, mimicking masturbation. Garner said I don't think so, suggesting it was because he lacked a girlfriend, smiling as if enjoying the discussion that he's having with this detective.
Speaker 1:So ha ha, I don't have a girlfriend. But this little girl, oh my God, this motherfucker. The affidavit notes Garner's awkward comment that we are human and that was a little girl. But you know what I mean. He admitted it was wrong, denied masturbating. Afterward he said that he felt guilt, maybe doing it to see what it would feel like. Right, there's a sick motherfucker.
Speaker 2:When asked if he found kids attractive, garner laughed without answering. That says it all. He admitted to occasional pornography and talking to girls his age, the affidavit highlights his frequent laughing even when discussing his own actions.
Speaker 1:Garner said he didn't think about it until the daycare's call, seemingly to enjoy recalling the events. He confirmed Mittens and Leanbacks told him that they investigated his allegations.
Speaker 2:The detective asked again why he chose VM. Gardner said she enjoyed him more than other kids who also loved him. He denied giving VM special suckers, saying he gave them to everyone and confirmed other kids. But no adults were present during the act.
Speaker 1:Regarding the kissing incident with JL, garner denied it, smiling and noting that he was close with JL's parents, upset by their complaint. The affidavit states that the daycare investigated all allegations, with Lingback informing Garner.
Speaker 2:The detective brought up a February 2025 text Garner sent to a teacher about her three-year-old daughter touching his socks, jokingly asking if she had a foot fetish. Garner laughed, calling the child goofy and the text a joke, but the teacher found it very inappropriate it's all a big fucking joke to this dude, ain't it?
Speaker 1:the affidavit notes that the detective asked garner if he took pictures of kids. He said only during play. When the detective requested his phone for a search warrant, garner handed it over, providing his passcode. Blah blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, his birthday.
Speaker 2:The detective read the warrant explaining they checked photos, gps and messages. Garner's demeanor changed when photos were mentioned, putting his head down. He denied child porn but admitted to daycare kids pictures being on his phone.
Speaker 1:When asked if the kids were clothed, garner said yes, but admitted the photos showed kids turned around focusing on their butts mostly girls. He laughed. When asked if he was attracted to young girls denying actively looking at them, he fucking laughed. How in the fuck do you laugh If you're asked if little girls turn you on and you fucking laugh? That should be—.
Speaker 2:There's no help for people like that.
Speaker 1:None.
Speaker 2:No, they don't get better ever, they're just sick individuals. Now this affidavit states Garner admitting being too far into it and that working with kids wasn't his goal. When the detective suggested he needed help, he laughed, saying of course I don't.
Speaker 1:Then no, Garner listed phone contents daycare kids photos, girls butts, pictures of him touching a girl's clothed bottom and one of a girl touching his clothed penis. He denied touching vaginas, admitting kissing hands and said he masturbated to the photo at home with a roommate. This motherfucker was jacking off to pictures that he took of the little daycare babies with his roommate. Get the fuck out of here here, sorry it's cussing and discussing folks. I'm pissed the fuck off.
Speaker 2:I'm sorry for the cussing but I'm not on may 2nd 2025, a warrant was served to search garner's iphone 15. The affid between girls' buttocks in a classroom setting.
Speaker 1:So does that mean they had pictures of his erect penis touching kids or through his fucking sweatpants?
Speaker 2:or something, no kids. Or like through his like fucking sweatpants. No I that.
Speaker 1:That reads to me like he had it out and he had it in the on a little girl images including garner's penis on sleeping girls faces and a child on his lap with his penis against her, and clothed kids outside with panties pulled up, his penis against their cracks.
Speaker 2:The content is described as vile, you fucking think, including upskirt photos Garner's erect penis in kid's mouth with shorts on and bare penis penetrating a pre-kindergarten girl's buttocks, dated from 2023 to November of 2024.
Speaker 1:Well, that answers my question. It was this bare little tiny Chinese penis that was fucking. Oh my God, this pisses me off. Additionally, there was Internet images of group messages with child pornographers, with approximately one hundred and twenty five thousand pornography images still being processed. Based on this, the detective requested probable cause for child molesting, a level one felony.
Speaker 2:The affidavit concludes, with the detective swearing under penalties of perjury, that the facts are true and this was signed by Detective Sergeant Wells on May 6th of 2025. Now, that's the end of the affidavit and it's absolutely chilling.
Speaker 1:That is chilling AF. It's absolutely chilling. That is chilling AF. This affidavit paints a grim picture of what went down at Main Street University for kids, KIDZ, and now Gabriel Garner's facing serious consequences. Let's break this down the 43 charges he's up against. I mean, how are these charges organized?
Speaker 2:These charges are heavy, based on the affidavit. The 43 counts are sorted into five categories under Indiana's criminal code. Here's the breakdown Child molesting, a level one felony, which is one count. Sexual conduct with a child under 14 by someone at least 21 years of age it's the most serious charge. At least 21 years of age, it's the most serious charge. Then we go to child molesting, a level four felony, and there's 10 counts, and that is fondling or touching a child under 14 to arouse sexual desires. Then we have child exploitation a level four felony 29 counts. Creating or possessing visual material of kids under 18 in sexual conduct with aggravating factors like victims under 12 or graphic content. Then we get to vicarious sexual gratification. Then gratification, a level four felony one count. This is inducing a child under 14 for sexual gratification. Then we have possession of child pornography, a level five felony one count with an aggravating factor for material involving a kid under 12.
Speaker 1:So 43 charges, with 29 just for child exploitation. After the affidavit it's no shock, but it's still staggering. What's the worst case scenario if Garner gets the max on all these? Hopefully it's a lifetime 50,000.
Speaker 2:It's a massive, massive number If the judge hands down the maximum for each count and stacks them consecutively. Here's the math.
Speaker 1:I hope Judge Jeffrey Bowles is ahead of this damn case.
Speaker 2:It's Henderson County right, isn't he retired?
Speaker 1:Man, I think he's retired, but I hope not boy, because he would put the hammer on this punk-ass dude's ass.
Speaker 2:So here's the math for a level one felony, that's 40 years. The four felonies, 10 for okay, the 40 level four felonies, 10 for molesting, 29 for exploitation, one for gratification. Each carries 12 years. So 40 times 12 is 480 years. A level five felony for possession is six years. So 40 times 12 is 480 years. A level five felony for possession is six years. That's a total of 526 years, plus fines up to $430,000.
Speaker 1:I think they should give him a break. I think they should give him 500 years and then 26 years on probation. 526 years. That's practically a medieval sentence. But I mean, is that realistic? What's the minimum he's looking at, you think?
Speaker 2:Good question. Indiana law caps consecutive sentences for a single episode of criminal conduct at 42 years. For a level one felony likely involving multiple victims and incidences, the judge could stack them higher minimum if all consecutive the level 1, 20, the level 4, 40 times 2 is 80, the level 5 is one year, so that's 101 years. If some run concurrently it could drop to 20 years, but with this many charges it's unlikely.
Speaker 1:A hundred and one years minimum is still a life sentence, and those fines are no joke. After that affidavit, it's clear why the state's throwing the book at him. I think they need to throw the whole damn encyclopedia like the whole thing you could buy on that motherfucker.
Speaker 2:Absolutely Chuck.
Speaker 1:That shit pisses me off. Where was the other people? I mean, shouldn't there be two people in a room? I mean, when you're watching that many kids?
Speaker 2:I don't know. We didn't send our kids to daycare Hell. No, we didn't send our kids.
Speaker 1:The reason is like this this is bullshit. I remember, I swear, when we were kids it seemed like shit was so much different man you could trust the old ladies at the daycare. Matter of fact, your mama run a daycare man and I would put anybody in front of her. She's so sweet, still alive, 80 some years old, still an angel, yeah, we love you, mama, we love you man granny hug so that's what I'm saying, though.
Speaker 1:The people nowadays are so different, man, why ain't they? It just blows my mind, man, it really does. It just seemed like old school people old school grannies cared a hell of a lot more man. I never seen them. Old women hire dudes or try to make kids touch their privates, and shit man, it's just a different fucking world. Privates and shit man, it's just a different fucking world. Now let's shift our narrative to Nancy Minton, the owner, and Jennifer Lingbeck, the director. They were told about these horrific allegations and chose not to report to police or DCS, despite being mandated reporters. Instead, they did their own investigation and allegedly gaslit parents into thinking nothing happened. Julie, what kind of trouble should they be in?
Speaker 2:This is just infuriating, as mandated reporters, minton and Lingbeck had a legal duty to report any suspicion of child abuse immediately. By sitting on these allegations they could face serious charges under Indiana law. Here is what is on the table for them Failure to report child abuse is a class B misdemeanor with up to 180 days in jail and a thousand dollar fine. If their delay led to kids being harmed, like Garner continuing to abuse, it's a level six felony six months to two and a half years, and it's up to a $10,000 fine. They could be looking at.
Speaker 2:Obstruction of justice Conducting their own investigation could be seen as interfering with law enforcement. That's a level six felony with the same penalties. And then you have neglect of a dependent Allowing Garner to stay around kids after allegations could be endangerment a level six felony. But if kids were seriously harmed, it's a level three felony three to 16 years and a $10,000 fine. And then official misconduct If their state licensed facility failed its reporting duty. That's another level six felony Six months to two and a half years, along with a fine up to $10,000.
Speaker 1:I mean that's a lot, man. I mean really, what the fuck does it boil down to? Did you start a daycare service to help people keep their kids safe while you're out there working trying to make a living? Or you started a daycare to stack up racks? You know what I mean.
Speaker 2:Well, in their worst-case scenario, if they get hit with all these, you know they could be charged with one count of each. Consecutively could face up to 23.5 years and 40 grand in fines. If tied to multiple victims, say 10 from Garner's case it could climb like 25 years just for failure to report the minimum, possibly probation. But with these charges that's a long shot 23.5?
Speaker 1:Let's round that shit up to 50. I mean 23.5? Let's round that shit up to 50. I mean 23.5 is serious. But gaslighting parents while kids are at risk, that's fucking disgusting. How do you even defend that shit?
Speaker 2:you don't. Mandated. Reporters are there to protect kids, not shield predators. The affidavit suggests they had enough to suspect something, yet they played gatekeeper. If that let Garner keep hurting kids, the law should come down hard.
Speaker 1:I agree 100%. This could have been stopped sooner if they'd done their job. They're likely facing criminal charges and civil lawsuits. Listeners, should Mitten and Lingbeck face the full weight of these charges? Let us know on Next what you think.
Speaker 2:Or Facebook.
Speaker 1:We are also trying to start our one hour and a half everyday morning news man, keeping you all informed about the truth, about what's going on in society. We want to hold people accountable. Man, Come support us if you can on Patreon. Man, Let us get this shit started so we can keep you guys informed. We only report the facts and the truth. So y'all on Facebook who try to call us out for talking about rumors, y'all bullshit.
Speaker 2:Fact check me.
Speaker 1:Fact check us. We talk real shit and we only want to protect you and your kids. Period.
Speaker 2:Hold on, Chop, it gets worse. Main Street University for Kids with a Z, owned by Minton, is state licensed until it was shut down when these allegations surfaced. I've got inspection reports and a letter from the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration and this place had issues long before this case.
Speaker 1:So they've got a track record of problems. That's bad news for a child care center.
Speaker 2:The inspection reports show a pattern. Care center. The inspection reports show a pattern. On october 26th of 2020, the state found two of five staff files lacked first aid training documentation, violating indiana regulation 470, iac 3-4.7-35. They fixed it by november 16, 2020. On December 2, 2021, they were cited for leaving a child unsupervised in a classroom bathroom, breaking the Indiana Code 3-4-7-48 on child-to-staff ratios, which was resolved the next day.
Speaker 1:Well, hopefully the Chinese dude wasn't in there in the bathroom that day. Damn, leaving a kid alone in the bathroom, that's a huge red flag. You're trusting them with your children. They can't slip up like that. What else they got going on, man?
Speaker 2:On October 26th 2022, two years to the date from a previous violation. They had issues with kids files. Five of ten lacked physicals, two missed current immunizations, one didn't have parent work info, four lacked child development info and eight missed extracurricular permission slips. Three infant files, like feeding plans in the infant room, missed a physician signature, violating more laws. So they had to fix all that by November 30th of 2022.
Speaker 1:That is kind of a mess man, julie. Missing medical records supervision lapses. This isn't just one mistake, it's negligence, negligence. Then the FSSA steps in right.
Speaker 2:Exactly On May 8, 2025, the FSSA issued an emergency closure order for Main Street University for kids at 325 East Main Street, brownsburg, Indiana. At 325 East Main Street, brownsburg, indiana. The letter signed by Adam Allison from the Office of Early Childhood, cites information received on May 6, 2025 about sexual abuse or exploitation of kids, plus an ongoing police investigation. They invoked Indiana Code 12-17, 2-4-18.7, stating violations posed an immediate threat and they noted lack of supervision led to serious injury of at least one child.
Speaker 1:Shit Lack of supervision. Again Tying back to that 2021 bathroom incident. The affidavit shows Minton and Lingbeck didn't report Garner's allegations and now the FSSA calls that supervision failure conscious and systematic. That's fucked up.
Speaker 2:It is. The FSSA shut them down immediately, telling Minton she could request a meeting within 10 days or appeal within 30, but the center had to stay closed. They even directed parents to find new child care via the state's referral agency and get this. There were already 11 critical health and safety violations on record before this.
Speaker 1:So 11 critical violations? That's a neon sign saying we're not keeping your kids safe. Systematic supervision failures leading to abuse. No one in the state pulled the plug. This was a disaster waiting to happen and those kids paid the price. And look man, I get man. Maybe these two ladies started this daycare system wanting to help kids, wanting to take care of kids. Do you think money just came? More important?
Speaker 2:The reputation of their daycare. Absolutely, it did yeah.
Speaker 1:I mean people if you're going to start a daycare system to help kids. It is not that freaking difficult to take care of kids in the right fucking way. It's not.
Speaker 2:And these children. They paid the price From missing records in 2020 to supervision lapses in 2021, violations in 2022, and now this 2025 closure. It's clear Minton and Lingbeck weren't running a tight ship. Their failure to report garners fits this pattern of negligence.
Speaker 1:It's a pattern. All right. They had years to fix these things, but instead they let it slide until it exploded in the worst way. Parents trusted them and this is what they get. Heartbreaking listeners. What do you think about this? Daycare failures, man? Share it to us on the X.
Speaker 2:What do you think about this daycare failures man, share it to us on the X. Now, before we dive into public reactions, I want to give you a quick update on the Gabriel Garner case status. Court records show a $600,000 cash bond was set during his initial hearing. On May 9th, garner appeared via video link from custody and as of May 10th there's no indication. The bond has been posted and he remains in custody. That is the highest bond amount cash I have ever seen in any of the stories that we have ever reported. Good for them.
Speaker 1:Absolutely that's good to know that his punk ass ain't back out on the streets. What's next for the court dates? You think, baby?
Speaker 2:The next dates are pre-trial conference on June 30th and then a jury trial is set for July 22nd 2025. But you know how those go they always get pushed back. There's multiple no-contact orders were issued to protect the victims. Back there's multiple no contact orders were issued to protect the victims, and he was appointed counsel like a public defender, and so that's about it.
Speaker 1:Well, I'll tell you what 69 South is not going to let this bullshit slide under the rug, like everything else seems to be sliding under the rug. 69 South is going to keep you guys in freaking facts to these cases. Man, we're tired of this shit getting brought on the news and the swept under the rug and then these guys getting a little bit of this, a little bit of that. We're tired of it. It's bullshit. We know you guys are tired of it, man, and just stay in tune with us. We will update our listeners as this case moves on. Now let's talk about what people are saying online about the Main Street University for Kids. There is a Facebook post from a former employee, anna Miller, that's been making big waves.
Speaker 2:Anna's post paints a troubling picture of the daycare's work environment. She says she just earned $8.25 an hour to run an entire classroom for over 12 hours a day. Most days that's grueling for anyone, especially caring for young kids. When she asked to go part-time to focus on tattooing caring for young kids. When she asked to go part-time to focus on tattooing, nancy Minton pressured her to keep those long hours in over-ratio rooms. Too many kids for one staff member to handle safely.
Speaker 1:Damn, that's rough, julie. Anna said that when she told Minton that she couldn't keep up. Minton's response was that's not my problem. Anna walked out despite loving her job and the kids. You can feel how heartbroken she was to leave those children man.
Speaker 2:That's so sad and get this Milton told Anna because of the way I look, any employer would have me drug tested. Have me drug tested. So just because Anna had a septum piercing and two tattoos, this strongly suggests Main Street wasn't drug testing employees.
Speaker 1:Oh, tattoos is bad. I'll tell you what man. I know a lot of more cooler, nicer people that wouldn't fuck around with kids with tattoos, and I do not. That's a massive red flag If they're skipping drug tests, what else were they neglecting? The affidavit already showed spotty training on mandatory reporting. Garner himself said that that was a mess, mostly self-guided. No, drug testing means they weren't ensuring staff were fit to care for kids.
Speaker 2:Exactly. Anna's post doesn't hold back either. She's calling for Minton and Lingback to be arrested for concealing child abuse evidence and not firing Garner when allegations arose. She's horrified and urges parents and mandatory reporters to report suspected abuse to proper hotlines.
Speaker 1:And his experience shows. A workplace already struggling, overworked staff, ignored protocols and now we see the devastating consequences. It's not just Garner's actions, it's a systematic failure at Main Street University for kids.
Speaker 2:It really puts it all into perspective. This case is about a daycare that failed kids at every single turn. We'll keep digging and sharing updates with our listeners.
Speaker 1:That was a happy episode, folks. We've unpacked the disturbing case at Main Street University for kids Gabriel Gardner's 43 charges, child molesting and exploitation, nancy Milton and Jennifer Lingback's failure as mandated reporters, a history of violations and the state's emergency closure on May 8, 2025. The outrage on X and Anna Miller's post show how betrayed this community feels.
Speaker 2:It's a stark reminder of why we do this. Someone has to speak up for these kids, and our kids deserve better than what Minton and Linkback and Garner gave them. If they cared, they'd have put safety first, not their daycare's reputation or bottom line. It's betrayal of every parent's trust. We're not done with this story. We'll follow it to the end, bringing you every single update.
